Cancellation Policies & Procedures
In order for Bergey Voice Studio to provide the best service possible to our clients, it is essential that all Cancellation Policies & Procedures be observed. Please note that crediting is NOT available from Bergey Voice Studio without prior arrangement.
Illness & Emergencies
Rescheduling and Make-Up Lessons are only guaranteed in the case of illness and emergencies. In the case of illness, students are asked to notify Bergey Voice Studio BEFORE a scheduled lesson if possible. Please DO NOT arrive sick at the studio. In the case of emergency, please notify us when feasible.
Non-Emergencies
Students are required to notify Bergey Voice Studio at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance if a lesson must be missed due to any non-emergency event. These may include, but are not limited to, school events, medical appointments, meetings, and sporting events. Rescheduling is possible as the Studio Schedule permits, but is not guaranteed. Crediting, again, is not available.
Instructor Cancellations
If Bergey Voice Studio must cancel a lesson for any reason, we will communicate with affected students and the lesson(s) will be rescheduled.
Weather Cancellations
In the case of weather emergencies that prohibit safe travel, Bergey Voice Studio will be closed. We will communicate with affected students, and lessons will be rescheduled.
Lesson Conduct Policies
All cell phones and other devices must be turned off during lessons. All students should remember to bring their music to their lessons. Binders and notebooks are recommended to hold music. All students should also remember to bring their Assignment Sheets to their lessons. Students are asked to arrive exactly on time for their lessons. If the student is early, he or she is asked to wait until the lesson time to come up to the studio. Parents are asked to please pick their children up from their lessons on time. Please observe the start and end times of the lessons and plan schedules accordingly. This will save everyone from having to wait.
